Where the numbers come from
Every figure comes from a published test (labs such as ChargerLAB or LTT Labs, specialist press) or from the manufacturer's spec sheet, and every page says which. Prices were recorded on 15 October 2026 from French shops on Google Shopping France. When a piece of data is missing, we show it as missing rather than guessing. The device power splits in “My needs” are simulated from each charger's official tables.
- ChargerLAB, iPhone 18 Pro Max
- ChargerLAB, Ugreen 160 W on the iPhone 18 Pro Max (AVS)
- LTT Labs, iPhone 18 Pro charging (Apple vs a Ugreen 140 W without AVS)
- ChargerLAB, MacBook Air M4
- ChargerLAB, Apple 70 W
- BigGo, LTT and GIGAZINE tests without AVS
- GSMArena, iPhone 18 Pro
- iGeneration, Apple 40 W for €45
- Notebookcheck, Ugreen 65 W AVS
- Notebookcheck, Anker 45 W with display and AVS
- Apple, MacBook Air M4
- Ugreen France, Nexode range
What the tests do not tell us yet
- No brand has published a temperature curve from 0 to 100%, and there is no heat measurement of an iPhone or a Mac charged with Anker or Ugreen.
- The site's heat curves are calculated from a single lab measurement, and only when the test lasted at least an hour: only the final value is measured.
- Heat: 9 of the 13 chargers have a test of at least 1 h at full power (ChargerLAB, ChongDianTou, techtest.org). For the Anker 735 (48 °C), the Anker 100 W with display (≈ 53.5 °C) and the Ugreen Nexode Air (≈ 65 °C), the duration is not stated; the Ugreen Nexode 65 W only has a measurement taken while charging an iPhone (38.2 °C), not at full power.
- No YouTube video could be transcribed to check other figures: only written measurements (articles, tables, photo captions) are used.
- There is no reliable power measurement for the AirPods (2nd generation), AirPods Max and Powerbeats Pro 2, nor for older Xiaomi phones on a standard charger: they are left off the list rather than shown with a made-up figure. The Apple Watch Series 6 and SE (1st generation) only have a user reading (“estimate” level).
- 3D models: volumes at the measured dimensions, redrawn from product photos (ports, displays, logos, European plug). They are reconstructions: for the exact look, the “Real photo” button on each page shows the product photo.
- The Anker Nano 45 W exists in two versions under the same reference: only the 2026 one supports AVS, with no independent test. The offers in France look like the version without AVS.
- The Nexode Pro 100 W tested with AVS by techtest.org is the 5-port version with a display, not the 3-port model on this site.
- The exact share going to the AirPods in a Mac + iPhone + AirPods trio is not published.
- Some phone power figures are estimated from charging times or a similar model: each device shows its level of evidence (lab, press, manufacturer, estimate) and its source.
