Terms of use

Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Watt Mesuré website. Using the site means accepting them.

Access to the site

The site is free and needs no account. The publisher does its best to keep it running at all times but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of a failure.

Nature of the information

Watt Mesuré is an independent comparison site. Power, temperature and efficiency figures come from published tests or manufacturers' spec sheets, listed on the Sources page; the power splits in “My needs” are simulations.

Prices are recorded on a stated date, in French shops, and change often: only the price shown by the shop at the time of purchase counts. The information is given for guidance only; check compatibility with your devices before buying.

Liability

Watt Mesuré sells no products: purchases are made directly from the shops, under their own terms. The publisher cannot be held liable for an error or omission in the information, nor for any damage linked to the use of a charger or a device. An error you spot can be reported to the address in the legal notice so that it can be corrected.

Links to other websites

The site links to shops, labs and press articles. The publisher does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The texts, layout, 3D models and code of the site belong to the publisher. Any substantial reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Apple, Anker, Ugreen and the other brands mentioned belong to their owners, and the product photos to their manufacturers. Watt Mesuré has no connection with these brands.

Open data (API)

The comparison data is published read-only at /api/v1/. You may reuse it by crediting Watt Mesuré with a link to the site, without implying any partnership.

Personal data

The use of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change at any time; the version online is the one that applies. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
